One of the main functions of the ocular adnexa is the protection of the eyeball and due to their anatomical location they are frequently exposed to trauma, the resolution of which represents a therapeutic challenge that is generally managed surgically. We present 3 cases of patients with a diagnosis of severe palpebral trauma who were treated and received surgical treatment with satisfactory evolution. The report of these cases provides us with evidence of clinical practice, to allow a better management in the diagnosis and treatment of severe palpebral trauma.
